Thank you for allowing us to make your life easier, by providing our services to you. To help us, please remember the following:

Every effort is made to insure timely and effective cleaning of your home.  Should you need to change your scheduled time, we would appreciate it if you would let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time.

Your service team will follow the requirements listed on your service agreement; any additional needs may be planned with our office.

Your service team is careful when cleaning your home. However, accidents can occur please put away any valuables.

We appreciate full payment on the day of the cleaning. Please leave your check on the kitchen counter. If arrangements need to be made for payment these need to be made in advance through the office, your service team is not allowed to make any changes of any kind. If a check is returned for insufficient funds you may be charged a service fee of $25.00.

It is our goal to make sure you are satisfied with the quality of service you have received. If for any reason you are not satisfied feel free to call our office to discuss your concerns. We do need to be made aware of any problems within 24 hours of your cleaning in order to honor our guarantee.
